In this workshop, you will be connected with the powerful Universal life force of Osho Neo Reiki and its ancient “laying on hands” healing technique that uses Reiki to heal and to balance the subtle energies within our bodies.

Reiki is a natural and safe method of healing and self-empowerment, it brings spaces of relaxation, acceptance and awareness.

After being attuned to Osho Neo Reiki, you will work on the practical integration of it into everyday life for self-healing and learn how to use it with friends and family.

You will also have the opportunity to explore positive and negative polarities as well as the elements and the energy related to each chakra.

Osho Neo Reiki is moreover a luminous journey of personal growth, it is both a meditation and a therapeutic technique and you can use its enormous potential to learn more about yourself.

This workshop is the entry level (First Degree) and it is suitable for both beginners and Osho Neo Reiki practitioners wishing to retake it to deepen their understanding and practice of Reiki.

It is advisable before and during the Reiki course to avoid coffee, alcohol and stimulants including tobacco. It is also better to rest/sleep well before and during the workshop.
